What sets us apart from the rest is that we tap into hundreds of thousands of images from special project flights all over the state of Florida. No one else uses this data. Why? Because it’s difficult. We use my dad’s old Sea Bee motto: “The difficult we do right away. The impossible takes a little longer.” I have recently retired from the Florida Department of Transportation after 40 years of service. I have worked with FDOT’s huge historical library from the beginning. No one has more knowledge of Florida historical aerials than I. My wife Kathryn, Executive Director of a large statewide professional association, helps with marketing and administration. Oldest son Berry works with FDOT’s Office of Information Systems and assists with computers and technology. Youngest son Scott pitches in with research, scanning and other duties.
